Our society called for a tender to repair and paint the building consisting of 12 flats (ground plus three floors) In August 2013. After going through several quotations we short listed Ramana Enterprise because his quotation was very detailed and precise to the point. We also visited Roof Top C.H.S.L where he carried out the repair and painting. Fully satisfied we awarded the contract in Nov 2013. He used one of the best products available in the market and his workers were honest, hardworking, deciplined and technically knowledgeable. Site supervisor was always available at all times. Mr Ramana used to visit regularly to inspect the work and correct any work if necessary. Work was completed well on time and to our full satisfaction. When final bill came it was less than the amount quoted because less area was re plastered. Unnecessary breaking was not done.
Its been 5 yrs since the painting and the building still looks like its been painted recently. No moss( blackening), hardly any cracks anywhere on the wall. After 2 yrs of repair we found cracks on the terrace floor because of harsh sunlight which was promptly repaired free of charge. Even in 2018 during monsoon terrace crack was repaired promptly free of charge. As per our experience we are completely happy and satisfied with the work carried out in our building. We wish him all the best for his future endeavour.

I had got some work re leakage from my bathroom, from Ramana enterprises and I found their work ethic to be very good.
